Set up your creator storefront

- 1From the top-right menu open your dashboard and choose “Create store”.
- 2Pick a store name and a unique slug (this becomes your URL: /store/your-slug).
- 3Write a short description and upload a logo and banner from your device.
- 4Add social links so customers can find you elsewhere.
- 5Publish your store. You can refine the look anytime from Store Settings.
Upload and publish your first product

- 1Go to Creator → Products → New Product.
- 2Fill in the title, description, category, and tags in the info step.
- 3Upload a thumbnail and gallery images via the drag-and-drop media uploader.
- 4Add your downloadable files (ZIP, RAR, source archives, etc.).
- 5Set pricing — regular price, optional sale price with a date range, or mark it Free.
- 6Configure the license type and publish. Your product is now live and discoverable.
Understanding and validating licenses

- 1A license key is created automatically when an order completes.
- 2Buyers find their keys under Dashboard → Licenses; creators see issued licenses per product.
- 3Keys grant download, update, and support entitlements for that product.
- 4Validate a key externally via GET /api/licenses/validate?key=XXX (rate-limited).
- 5Keys are revoked on refund/chargeback, which immediately blocks downloads.
Configure payouts and tax

- 1Open Creator → Payouts to review your earnings and payout method.
- 2PawVault is the merchant of record: we collect and remit VAT/sales tax for you.
- 3Commissions are 15% standard, 12% verified, 10% premium partners.
- 4Payouts run monthly on the 15th with a $50 minimum threshold.
- 5Track every payout and tax record from your creator analytics dashboard.
Optimize a listing for discovery

- 1Use a clear, searchable title that names the asset and its compatibility (e.g. “PC + Quest VRChat Avatar”).
- 2Add 5–10 specific tags (style, engine, platform) so filters can surface it.
- 3Upload a high-quality thumbnail and a preview video — these drive click-through.
- 4Set a competitive sale price with a limited-time discount to boost ranking.
- 5Pin the product as featured on your storefront and link it from collections.
Secure your account with MFA
Beginner

- 1Open Account → MFA.
- 2Scan the QR code with an authenticator app (Google Authenticator, Authy, etc.).
- 3Enter the 6-digit code to confirm and enable TOTP.
- 4Save your backup codes somewhere safe in case you lose your device.
- 5Mark trusted devices to reduce prompts on hardware you use often.
